The Saint Louis Section–ACS and the Midwest Mass Spectrometry Discussion Group invite you to the Fall Gathering on Nov 15th. The American Chemical Society Local Section, industry, and alumni will honor one of mass spectrometry’s finest researchers (Dr Mike Gross) and kick off the revival of the Midwest Mass Spec Discussion Group.
Tribute Session
From 3:00 to 4:30, join us for the tribute session, honoring memories of time in the lab under Dr Gross. Former students, postdocs, staff, and collaborators will share memories at the Washington University Chemistry Department, in Wrighton Hall 250.
Dinner Celebration
Then follows the dinner celebration, 4:45 to 9:00, to be hosted at the WUSTL Knight Center. The cost of the dinner is $125 per person, covering the cost of the meal and a gift to Mike; any remaining funds will support the Midwest Mass Spec Discussion Group.
You are welcome to the tribute session, whether you come to the dinner celebration or not.
