The Saint Louis Section–ACS Job Manual is a compilation of detailed notes on the functions, responsibilities, deadlines, etc., for each position within Section governance, both elected and appointed. It’s a resource that helps prospective volunteers understand their roles and carry out their responsibilities effectively and on time. One of the most important roles for every participant is maintaining the Job Manual. Whenever procedures or responsibilities change in your area, you are encouraged to submit revisions to your section of the Job Manual.
As of summer, 2018, the Job Manual has been completely revised, taking input from incumbents in the various roles, officers, committees, and subcommittees. It is now maintained as a downloadable pdf file, instead of html as in the past.
