LDF Seminar: Country of Origin & Cultural Intelligence
Today, more than ever companies need teams that are geographically dispersed. It is not uncommon for managers and team members to be located in different countries. International diversity brings together people from many cultures with varied work experiences and different perspectives on strategic and organizational challenges. But, in order to realize success, it is important we understand and appreciate those cultural differences.
In this session of the Leadership Development Forum series, you will learn about the role of national culture in the today’s workplace.
- What are the levels at which cultures exist?
- What are the ways in which cultures differ, and how are they manifested?
- What are the implications for employers?
