Speaker’s notes: Most current flash chromatography systems rely on UV detection to trigger fraction collection, which can add guesswork and post purification steps into the process, slowing target submissions. To avoid unreliable assay results and compromised purities, additional detection and fraction triggering is needed. This seminar demonstrates how new strategies can eliminating guesswork. The key is technology that integrates multiple detectors and advanced signal processing to detect and collect components undetected by UV-based systems.
