Dinner & Talk: Flavor Chemistry

Sister organization, St Louis Paint and Coatings Society, presenting dinner and talk on Flavor Chemistry by former Chair and active STLACS member Karl Markl. What flavors and paint and coatings have to do with each other … maybe Karl will be able to elucidate.
We haven’t seen Karl around STLACS for awhile, but his bio, posted with the event RSVP, is a fascinating Renaissance-man–like mix of science and the arts. Hear what he has to say, with a side of veal Marsala or chicken Mudega. You have until noon on April 12th to opt in.
